I’m starting to learn that all these “the application should take 2 minutes!” people don’t get hiring. If sheer volume of resumes is the goal? Ok. My goals are usually more aligned to quality, experience and memorability (in a good way) to drive actual results. 

Not to say you can’t do that quickly but most times, it becomes a box-check apply which translates into candidates not even remembering they applied at your company. Instead, build a process that’s thoughtful. Custom to your people so they don’t repeat steps. Sets expectations. All of that will produce better results than fast alone.
