Birthdays get more introspective as you get older. They’re less about cake and more about a collection of inspirations that an entire year can bring. The reflection on the good and bad, the loss and gain. The one thought that kept ringing in my ears on my birthday earlier this week was this. Imagine what we could do if we just treated each other well. If we thought of people first instead of process or politics. Then I opened Twitter… HA! *rimshot* In all seriousness, I’m feeling really lucky to have made it around the sun one more time and I wrote about it in our latest Three Ears Media blog post. You’ll also hear from from a man I really admire, Mike Kim, on better networking questions, the crew over at Fistful of Talent and a few more wise people. Katrina CEO, Three Ears Media
