Hear me out on this one.
As a recruiter, you’re supposed to be a good communicator, task manager, time saver, candidate finder, and writer. I’m sure I missed some things.
Reality check. Even the best multitaskers aren’t good at everything.
But there’s one thing that you can do to improve results across the board: Learn how to write a better story.
I genuinely believe if recruiters wrote better copy, they would improve results across every single goal. (I’m biased since making recruiters better copywriters is one of my life goals.)
