This isn’t a political thing but I’ll admit, the world has me down right now. I was able to take a break for a few days to attend the #SHRM18 conference as a blogger. I was surrounded by positive, bright people and entrenched in big ideas and growth for four days. Then I heard not one but two managers yelling at their employees in the airport as I walked to my gate. It was a shocking reentry to reality and a stark reminder that ideas are just that - ideas. Ideas are free. It’s about what we do that matters.
