Thought of the Week: “I don’t want to be your fisherman, I want to teach them to fish.” 
Recruitment marketing to date has been a lot of fisherman that swoop in and take over. That works for some but for small and medium businesses with a limited budget, it’s just not possible. They need to learn how to do the work to build stronger teams within the budget restrictions. This company was founded on the idea that we want to teach you to be great recruitment marketers. We want to share ideas and strategies that work to fill your pipeline at a reasonable cost. And if you need a little help, we can do that too.
