Three Ears Letter Of The Week

October 26 · Issue #33 · View online
Every week, I'll write you a letter. A letter about anything, really. My goal is just to make you think. Then, I handpick 5 posts you'll love (and learn from).

On more than one occasion at work I’ve been asked, “why do you care so much?” I used to take it so personally. I’d find myself getting defensive and thinking, “well why don’t you?”
While I think it’s fair for the care to come in waves, not caring at all is not an option. Work matters too much to our humanity.
Work is not separate from life, no matter how hard we try to create some sense of balance. Work is a fundamental part of our lives. We often assess our own value on this planet based on on our work. Work has become part of our survival.
To dismiss that is inhumane - to the people we recruit, the people we work with and the companies we recruit for.
This week, I’m sharing the best stories of supremely humane recruiting experiences and data that can push us to do better.
That’s the formula for great recruitment marketing after all.
Go be amazing -
